ArcelorMittal has signed an agreement to sell a stake in the 50% in its shipping subsidiary, Global Chartering Limited, as reported by the steel giant to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The buyer has been Drylog, which will form a joint venture with Arcelor owned by each group at 50%. DryLog is a group controlled by the Greek shipowner Peter Livanos, also owner of Ceres Hellenic.
